You will be key in supporting a complex migration from PHP to Kotlin Microservices on AWS.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop &amp; maintain modern software solutions in a service-oriented architecture.</li><li>Shape the architecture, API landscape &amp; technical standards to develop scalable solutions.</li><li>Support the migration from legacy PHP codebases to Kotlin Microservices on AWS.</li><li>Ensure clean code &amp; testability, conduct code reviews &amp; promote best practices within the team.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).</li><li>4+ years of relevant work experience in Software Engineering.</li><li>Several years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Kotlin/Java.</li><li>Deep understanding of modern architectural design and domain-driven design.</li><li>Familiarity with AWS cloud services and experience with distributed systems.</li><li>Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.</li><li>Problem solver who can balance technical excellence with business requirements.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>**APPLICANTS MUST BE GERMAN BASED OR WILLING TO RELOCATE IN EU**</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic working environment for a business that has been on an upward trajectory of growth &amp; revenue for the past 5 years.</p><p><br/></p><p>Interested?
