<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Project opportunity to lead the transformation of the software development lifecycle of a leading Swiss Financial Services provider.</p><p><br/></p><p>The program will move the SDLC towards AI enablement and readiness, implementing AI-ready engineering practices at group level.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a contract assignment until late 2027.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead an enterprise-wide SDLC transformation program with end-to-end ownership</li><li>Orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, and data/AI</li><li>Drive executive stakeholder management and decision-making in governance forums</li><li>Ensure measurable outcomes (time-to-market, quality, resilience)</li><li>Lead adoption of modern SDLC standards and AI-readiness across business units</li><li>Build momentum through structured communication, engagement, and change initiatives</li><li>Own scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and reporting</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation and software delivery programs</li><li>Strong background within banking or financial services</li><li>Proven experience managing executive stakeholders in complex environments</li><li>Deep understanding of SDLC, agile frameworks, and modern engineering practices (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, DevSecOps, CI/CD)</li><li>Strong leadership across international, cross-functional teams</li><li>Early AI adoption project experience is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Degree-level education and relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>For enquiries reach out to james.cannon@adameher.com</p><p></p> </div>
