The programme is in active build with a fixed MVP deadline, operates under GxP requirements, and consists of around 50 people across five delivery teams in Basel, the US, and India.<br/><br/>In this dual role, you own delivery execution at programme level while serving as Scrum Master for three delivery teams. You work closely with a Product Manager (vision and prioritisation) and a Solution Architect (technical decisions).<br/><br/>General Information<br/><br/><ul><li>Startdate: Asap, latest 01.07.2026</li><li>Duration: until 30.11.2027</li><li>Location: Basel</li><li>Workload: 100%</li><li>Home Office: up to 50%</li><li>Travel: 5%<br/><br/></li></ul>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li>Own the delivery plan across multiple parallel teams from current state through MVP and subsequent release</li><li>Drive PI-level planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and resolve blockers proactivel</li><li>Maintain the RAID log and enforce scope discipline via structured requirements intak</li><li>Lead release management, including release calendar, coordination across functions, and post-implementation review</li><li>Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives for three delivery team</li><li>Remove impediments, shield teams from disruptions, and coach on agile practice</li><li>Track sprint health (velocity, burndown, blockers) and support POs with backlog refinement and DoD complianc</li><li>Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, and dependency resolution across all five team</li><li>Manage the Jira ALM structure as single source of truth and ensure consistent Jira hygien</li><li>Provide transparent status reporting to leadership and manage stakeholder expectations on MVP scop</li><li>Coordinate with adjacent programmes and platform teams on integration dependencies<br/><br/></li></ul>Must Haves<br/><br/><ul><li>7+ years of project management experience in software delivery, including 3+ years across multiple parallel teams</li><li>Demonstrated Scrum Master experience, active facilitation, effective retrospectives, coaching without directing</li><li>Pharma / life sciences experience with solid understanding of GxP and inspection readiness</li><li>Hands-on Jira experience (configuration and administration, not just reporting); Xray test management preferred</li><li>Experience with scaled agile delivery (SAFe or similar) and pragmatism to adapt the framework</li><li>Strong risk and dependency management with a bias toward action</li><li>Experience managing distributed hybrid teams across multiple time zone</li><li>Fluent English, written and verbal<br/><br/></li></ul>Nice to have<br/><br/><ul><li>Clinical data management familiarity (CRFs, EDC systems, data queries, data review)</li><li>Experience with AI/ML product delivery and validating non-deterministic systems</li><li>GxP validation experience for AI/ML or software systems<br/><br/></li></ul>Contakt<br/><br/>Jan Schmitz-Elsen<br/><br/>Team Lead Talent Acquisition<br/><br/>+41 61 500 01 74<br/><br/>We look forward to receiving your online application along with your CV! </div>
