Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and tracking project milestones across events, partnerships, and technical programs. The role involves expediting project workflows, resolving bottlenecks, maintaining clear stakeholder communication, and ensuring quality standards for all deliverables. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement, risk management, and reporting, helping scale the community’s impact across regions and collaborators.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes on time and within scope.</li><li>Proficiency in expediting and expeditor-related activities to accelerate workflows, remove delays, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.</li><li>Experience with inspection and quality assurance processes to verify project outputs meet defined standards and community expectations.</li><li>Solid logistics management skills for organizing events, coordinating resources, and managing operational details across multiple locations and partners.</li><li>Proven experience in leading cross-functional or community-based projects, preferably within technology, open source, or developer ecosystems.</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.</li><li>Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Berlin, Germany, with the ability to manage responsibilities both on-site and remotely.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Familiarity with agile or other modern project management methodologies and common collaboration tools (e.g., issue trackers, project boards, documentation platforms).</li><li><</li></ul> </div>
