The company currently manages a rapidly expanding portfolio of energy infrastructure projects in various stages of development and construction.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>💡 Your role</strong></p><ul><li>End-to-end responsibility for EPC project execution from NTP through to COD and operational handover</li><li>Coordination and management of EPC contractors, subcontractors, and technical consultants</li><li>Day-to-day site coordination during construction phases, including on-site presence during critical project stages</li><li>Management of project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality assurance across multiple interfaces</li><li>Handling technical and commercial issues arising during construction in close alignment with engineering and procurement teams</li><li>Review and validation of contractor progress reports, invoices, claims, and change requests</li><li>Coordination with grid operators, permitting authorities, and local stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring alignment between design, procurement, and construction execution</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>💪 <strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Ideally 3-5+ years of <strong>experience in EPC project execution or construction/project management roles</strong></li><li>Experience in energy infrastructure strongly preferred (power plants, substations, renewables, industrial plants)</li><li>Solid understanding of construction processes, ideally including <strong>electrical and/or mechanical systems</strong></li><li>Proven experience managing contractors, site teams, and multi-stakeholder environments</li><li>Comfortable operating in fast-paced, execution-driven environments with high responsibility</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and commercial topics</li><li>Fluent English and German</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>💰 <strong>Annual gross salary</strong>: €80,000 - €140,000 (depending on experience and profile)</p><p>⚡ <strong>Culture</strong>: High ownership, fast decision-making, strong team alignment, on-site execution focus</p><p>⚡ <strong>Location:</strong> Vienna-based role with frequent travel to project sites in Austria</p> </div>
