<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Senior Project Manager – Offshore HV Export Projects</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hamburg (Hybrid with travel)</p><p>Language: Proficiency in both German and English is essential.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Turner Lovell are recruiting for an experienced EPC Senior Project Manager to support a global client delivering major energy infrastructure projects across Germany.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>This organisation is a leading international EPCI contractor, with a strong track record in transmission, distribution and offshore energy projects, playing a key role in the energy transition.</p><p>A rapidly growing EPC/OEM, operating across major offshore transmission and grid infrastructure programmes, is strengthening its European delivery organisation.</p><p><br/></p><p>Reporting to the European Project Director, you will take full ownership of project delivery, overseeing engineering, manufacturing, the supply chain, logistics, installation and jointing activities. You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage all internal and external interfaces, and ensure excellence in terms of safety, quality, costs, risks and schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the successful delivery of large-scale EPC projects, ensuring execution aligns with company standards, contractual obligations, HSE requirements, and client expectations</li><li>Define and implement the overall project execution strategy, driving delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases</li><li>Build, lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional project team within a matrix organisation</li><li>Take ownership of project planning, and oversee the monitoring and control of all internal and external resources to achieve project milestones</li><li>Manage complex interfaces across stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for the client</li><li>Drive best practice across cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, and HSE performance</li><li>Monitor and control project financials, ensuring strong cost management, forecasting accuracy, and margin protection</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree qualified in Engineering (electrical, mechanical or similar) or a related technical discipline</li><li>Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or energy projects within an EPC/EPCI environment</li><li>Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing project scope, cost, schedule, and subcontractor performance</li><li>End-to-end project delivery experience, from engineering through to commissioning</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex project challenges</li><li>Solid commercial and contractual awareness</li><li>High level of commitment, flexibility, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset</li><li>PMP, IPMA or equivalent certification is advantageous</li><li>Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally as required</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If this sounds like your next challenge and you’re keen to play a key role in delivering major energy infrastructure projects, please apply or contact <strong>Yana Arif</strong></p><p><strong> yana.arif@turnerlovell.com</strong></p><p><strong> 07939 391748</strong></p> </div>
