The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and proven experience managing complex EPC projects within a high-budget environment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>End-to-end delivery of a hydrogen project, from tendering and engineering through procurement, construction, and commissioning</li><li>Leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams in complex environments</li><li>Full budget responsibility for projects in the high triple-digit million EUR range</li><li>Coordination and steering of internal departments across all project phases</li><li>Management and oversight of EPC contractors, suppliers, and external engineering/service providers</li><li>Ensuring compliance with site standards, technical regulations, and safety requirements</li><li>Guaranteeing adherence to funding requirements, reporting obligations, and compliance frameworks</li><li>Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with project partners, EPC companies, suppliers, and service providers</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience as Project Director / Senior Project Manager in large-scale industrial or energy projects</li><li>Proven track record in EPC project delivery and contract management</li><li>Experience in hydrogen, renewables, or energy infrastructure projects preferred</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments</li><li>Experience managing budgets in the range of €200M+</li><li>Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements</li><li><strong>Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Project Details</strong></p><ul><li>Start: Flexible (earlier onboarding possible)</li><li>Duration: 9+ months with extension option</li><li>Workload: Full-time</li><li>Location: Germany (on-site presence required, flexibility depending on project phase)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Join</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to lead a high-impact hydrogen project in the energy transition sector</li><li>Work on large-scale, innovative infrastructure projects</li><li>Collaborative, international project environment</li></ul><p></p> </div>
