You will own complex, </p><p>multi-team initiatives end-to-end — setting direction, navigating </p><p>ambiguity, and shipping products that move meaningful metrics for the </p><p>world's largest employers.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Define multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area</p><p>- Lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes product initiatives</p><p>- Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, sales, and executive stakeholders</p><p>- Own product metrics — set targets, measure results, and drive continuous improvement</p><p>- Mentor and elevate junior PMs through active coaching and feedback</p><p>- Conduct market analysis and translate competitive and customer insights into strategy</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Significant product management experience with a track record of shipped, impactful products</p><p>- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end</p><p>- Strong strategic thinking — ability to zoom out on vision while managing execution detail</p><p>- Deep comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and quantitative decision-making</p><p>- Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, HR tech, or marketplace products preferred</p><p>- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p><p>Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
