Join our team!<br/><br/><strong>Your Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/></strong>You are responsible for a part of our largest product within the Chemicals Entrepreneurial Unit Europe. That means:<br/><br/><ul><li>Together with your team BCS 3 and our supply chain teams, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of procurement and marketing activities in Europe</li><li>This includes modelling and monitoring the purchasing and sales activities as well as gathering market intelligence</li><li>In your role, you will be responsible for individual accounts that are almost entirely major players from the chemical and energy industry in Europe</li><li>You will decide on short and medium-term strategies including pricing, swaps and tolling</li><li>In this context, you act as a networker, observe market developments and trends, and align purchasing and sales decisions accordingly</li><li>You support the budgeting and strategy development process by preparing market and product specific analyses</li><li>You will support your colleagues from Supply Chain Operations Management in the scheduling of purchases and sales and the optimization of our international value chains</li><li>Furthermore, you are actively participating in the implementation of HELM's sutainability strategy (decarbonization, circular economies &amp; biobased chemicals)<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Your Profile:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or finished a comparable apprenticeship. You already gained experience in the fields trading, procurement, marketing, or sales - preferably in the chemical industry.</li><li>You have knowledge in negotiating purchase or sales contracts.</li><li>You bring the proven capability to understand the resulting risks and opportunities from a portfolio of contracts.</li><li>In addition, you are a flexible person who can easily adapt to a changing environment.</li><li>Different stakeholders consider you as a reliable and trustworthy partner. You combine a distinct entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability in making fast decisions.</li><li>You approach existing and new business contacts with an open mind.
