Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.<br/><br/><strong>Our Opportunity<br/><br/></strong>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product – Mobile App International (EMEA, LAC, APAC) to lead RBI’s growing International Technology department. This person will own product direction, prioritization, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder management for platform capabilities across RBI’s international digital ecosystem, reporting to the Director, Platform &amp; Data, International.<br/><br/>The team provides infrastructure, shared services, technical standards, and data capabilities that power RBI’s international digital ecosystem. The team helps ensure our software is reliable, performant, and scalable while enabling internal teams, franchisees, and third-party partners to make better decisions through trusted data, reporting, and analytics. From platform foundations and shared digital services to data ingestion, visualization, and advanced analytics, the team plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations and driving technical innovation across international markets.<br/><br/><strong>RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.</strong> <br/><br/><strong>Your Roles &amp; Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own the prioritization and roadmap for platform capabilities of the Data &amp; Platform Value Stream. </li><li>Translate business, market, operational, and stakeholder needs into clear product direction, requirements, and sequencing. </li><li>Lead planning sessions for the Data &amp; Platform Value Stream by aligning priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. </li><li>Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and drive delivery. </li><li>Act as the primary product partner for Data &amp; Platform initiatives across engineering, product, design, compliance, finance, vendors, and market stakeholders, using a consultative approach to align priorities and guide decisions. </li><li>Own platform product areas such as digital platforms foundations, experimentation, feature flags, accessibility, shared digital services, and compliance-related capabilities. </li><li>Use data, user insight, success metrics, and business impact to make informed prioritization decisions and improve platform outcomes. </li><li>Define product requirements and document them through epics, feature specifications, process flows, and other artifacts that provide clear direction to delivery teams. </li><li>Partner closely with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are well understood, aligned with business objectives, and translated into high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications. </li><li>Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping teams maintain focus on delivering customer and business value. </li><li>Support the end-to-end product delivery process by identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring product outcomes meet defined success criteria. </li><li>Lead go-to-market activation, adoption, and enablement of completed features across all targeted international markets. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Your Skills &amp; Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>4-8 years of product management experience, including technical products, digital platforms, mobile apps, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing digital ecosystems. </li><li>Strong experience owning roadmaps, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment for complex platforms or technical products. </li><li>Experience partnering closely with engineering teams and roles such as Business Analysts, Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, Designers, or Architects. </li><li>Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product development and collaboration tools. </li><li>Experience using Amplitude or similar product analytics and experimentation platforms. </li><li>Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools. </li><li>Experience with platform capabilities such as mobile app platforms, app store requirements, feature flags, CMS, observability, or shared services preferred. </li><li>Experience with PCI-adjacent processes, privacy and security requirements, accessibility standards, or other compliance-driven product work preferred. </li><li>Experience managing platform vendors, renewals, tooling evaluations, usage and cost reviews, preferably in QSR, retail, e-commerce, or other high-scale B2C digital products. </li><li>Fluency in English. </li><li>Ability to turn ambiguous business or operational needs into clear requirements, priorities, and decisions. </li><li>Strong judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, sequencing, and decision-making. </li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and produce effective written materials such as roadmap narratives, requirement specifications, decision documents, and executive updates. </li><li>Hands-on experience building analytics products, not just consuming dashboards, including embedded analytics, front-end-to-data architecture, and assembling analytics components into a cohesive product in partnership with engineers. <br/><br/></li></ul>Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
