<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Senior Product Manager – Biopharma (Berlin | Hybrid)</p><p><br/></p><p>Metric Bio are supporting an AI-driven health technology company in the search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of products used by biopharma customers in precision medicine and translational research.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role will suit someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with a solid understanding of the drug development ecosystem and can operate comfortably in a highly scientific, technical environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Own product strategy and roadmap for biopharma-focused solutions.</li><li>Work closely with scientific, engineering and commercial teams to define and deliver new capabilities.</li><li>Engage with customers and partners to understand unmet needs and translate them into product priorities.</li><li>Drive product decisions using customer insights, market feedback and business objectives.</li><li>Support the launch and adoption of new products and features.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Background we're interested in:</p><ul><li>Experience in Product Management within life sciences, biotech, health tech or scientific software.</li><li>Understanding of biopharma R&amp;D, biomarkers, pathology, diagnostics or precision medicine.</li><li>Experience working with data and AI-enabled products would be advantageous.</li><li>Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid)</p><ul><li>For a confidential discussion or further information, please get in touch directly.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
