<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>KuCoin Exchange EU is hiring a hands-on <strong>Product Manager</strong> to scale our crypto platform within the <strong>framework of Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR)</strong>. This role sits at the intersection of trading infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.</p><p>You will define and execute product strategy across trading, onboarding, and core platform capabilities—balancing growth, performance, and regulatory requirements in a fast-evolving market.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own and deliver the product roadmap across trading, platform services, payments and yield products.</li><li>Translate MiCAR requirements into scalable product features, controls, and disclosures</li><li>Oversee trading systems including execution flows, pricing, and liquidity integrations</li><li>Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and build business cases</li><li>Define and track KPIs (conversion, trading activity, revenue, retention)</li><li>Drive continuous optimisation through data and experimentation</li><li>Manage key external partners (liquidity providers, custodians, fiat on/off-ramps)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years Product experience</li><li>Proven experience building or scaling trading platforms, brokerages, or similar fintech products</li><li>Strong understanding of market structure, execution, liquidity, and pricing models</li><li>Experience operating in regulated environments (MiCAR or equivalent frameworks)</li><li>High level of technical fluency (APIs, integrations, platform architecture)</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making and strong problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Being based in Vienna, Austria or willing to relocate</li><li>Experience across both crypto and traditional financial services (e.g. equities, FX)</li><li>Familiarity with MiCAR-specific implications and business continuity management</li><li>Experience with KYC/AML processes and tools</li><li>Experience launching or scaling products across European markets</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
