Their platform is helping drive the next generation of digital agriculture across Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Germany or Remote (EU)</p><p><strong>Travel:</strong> Regular HQ, farmer and customer visits across Europe</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Responsible for owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a farmer-facing digital product. This role will work closely with farmers, agronomists, engineers, modellers, and commercial stakeholders to build solutions that drive measurable value for agricultural businesses.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for the farmer platform.</li><li>Lead product discovery directly with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, design, agronomy, and modelling teams to deliver high-impact product features.</li><li>Translate customer needs into scalable digital solutions.</li><li>Drive product delivery and execution across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Balance user feedback, scientific requirements, and commercial priorities.</li><li>Develop and improve product management processes and delivery cadence.</li><li>Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.</li><li>Support the development and mentoring of future product team members.</li><li>Partner with commercial leadership to ensure alignment between market opportunities and product direction.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements\Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5–10 years of product management experience.</li><li>Proven ownership of a product line, platform, or major product area.</li><li>Strong understanding of agriculture, farming operations, agronomy, or agricultural technology.</li><li>Experience working with technical, scientific, or data-driven products.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products from concept to launch.</li><li>Strong customer discovery and user research capabilities.</li><li>Experience operating within fast-paced technology environments.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-enabled product development practices is advantageous.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Job Level:</strong> Mid-Senior</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full Time</p><p><strong>Salary </strong>: Competitive</p> </div>
