We are working with one of Europe’s leading mobile games companies who are well known for making high quality midcore games. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to help drive further growth across their portfolio of live games. Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager will play an important role in driving growth through effective live game operations and the development of new titles. We are looking for an experienced product manager with strong experience in the mobile games sector. This role would suit a commercial, analytical product leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business. Responsibilities Drive product performance across live games, with a strong focus on measurable growth Lead LiveOps strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetisation, turning insights into impact Design and deliver high-performing events, features, systems, and mechanics that keep players engaged and spending Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, analytics, engineering, and leadership to shape product direction Use data, player behaviour, and market insight to identify opportunities and prioritise initiatives Qualifications Strong understanding of LiveOps mechanics and the operating model required to run them effectively Hands-on product management experience within mobile games Commercially minded and highly analytical, with a strong instinct for player motivation and business impact Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
