You'll interview users, watch how they actually behave, and turn what you find into concrete feature scopes engineering can build from. </li><li> Partner closely with Engineering to define problems, weigh tradeoffs, and design within real protocol constraints rather than around them. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Deep on-chain fluency: wallets, approvals, signing, gas, transaction lifecycle, chain latency — and a working understanding of how each one constrains what's designable. </li><li> You've shipped a DeFi product to real users, and you can point to it</li><li> A portfolio showing end-to-end product work — systems-level thinking alongside obsessive detail. </li><li> Track record of operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited oversight. </li><li> Comfortable without scaffolding: no design team, no design system to inherit, no one queuing your work. </li><li> You run your own research rather than waiting for it to be handed to you. </li><li> Excellent cross-functional communication — you can partner closely with Engineering and hold a position under scrutiny. </li><li> Deep fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.</li></ul> </div>
