<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Role - Security & Network Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>Full Time / Complete Onsite</strong></p><p><strong>Location - Boblingen, Germany</strong></p><p><strong>Experience up to 7 years</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul><li>As part of the Software Testing Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our solutions across complex networked environments.</li><li>You will help shape the quality of solutions by defining test strategies, building test setups, and driving automation initiatives that support our development lifecycle</li><li>You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—software development, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and product owners—while serving as a key technical contributor on network design, virtualization management, and test execution.</li><li>This role also offers strong growth opportunities in advanced testing methodologies, ISTQB certification paths, and broad exposure to complex system architectures</li><li>You will be a Network and Infrastructure specialist, enable high‑quality, secure, and reliable software solutions by designing, executing, and automating test environments with a strong focus on networks and virtualization in the Hospital Patient Monitoring - HPM (currently working in multiparameter monitors and obstetrics).</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>You're the right fit if:</strong></p><ul><li>Your skills include strong network expertise (TCP, UDP, multicast), network topology understanding, and configuration of DHCP, DNS, and NTP environments. You can design network setups (IP ranges, gateways, WLAN).</li><li>You have hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare and Microsoft), including installation, maintenance, and support of virtualized infrastructures, storage, and virtual machine creation</li><li>You bring knowledge in cybersecurity fundamentals, test automation (e.g., Gherkin frameworks), PC troubleshooting, and support for networked software solutions</li><li>You’re a practitioner with solid experience in networks and virtualization, with basic programming and security awareness.</li><li>You bring practical knowledge in test planning, setup, execution, and long‑term software testing, including patch, stability, and PC‑based application validation.</li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and DevOps</li><li>Advanced spoken and written English</li><li>CCNA certification is desirable</li></ul><p></p> </div>
