Known for delivering high-quality services at a local level, they combine the reach and resources of an international brand with the agility of a specialist team.</p><p>As part of their Infrastructure Services programme, they are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join their Hamburg team and play a key role in protecting and evolving their network security environment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Operating and taking ownership of core network security platforms, including Fortinet and Cisco firewalls, proxies, and policy orchestration tools such as Tufin</li><li>Ensuring the stable, secure, and compliant operation of security services through proactive monitoring, fault analysis, and continuous improvement</li><li>Managing incidents and service requests with a focus on timely resolution and thorough root cause analysis</li><li>Coordinating and steering external service providers on firewall tickets, incidents, and changes</li><li>Reviewing and maintaining firewall rule sets and security policies in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in Network Security Engineering and operations within enterprise environments</li><li>Solid, hands-on experience with Fortinet and Cisco firewalls — this is essential</li><li>Good working knowledge of Tufin for firewall policy management and automation</li><li>Experience with proxy technologies and Secure Web Gateways</li><li>A structured, reliable, and self-driven working style with strong team orientation</li><li>Full professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's On Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave</li><li>Support with professional certifications and further education</li><li>A wide range of benefits including JobRad, Kita support, gym membership, and more</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Interested?
