<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>The <strong>Senior Manager, Digital Marketing serves as the digital marketing lead for the clients Licensing business.</strong> This role owns <strong>end-to-end digital campaign planning, activation, optimization, and performance delivery in close partnership with commercial and scientific stakeholders.</strong> The Senior Manager is responsible for <strong>day-to-day digital execution, optimization, and delivery of agreed initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely activation across channels.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>General information:</strong></p><p>Location: Basel</p><p>Start date: ASAP</p><p>Contract duration: 6 months (maternity cover)</p><p>FTE: 80%</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Digital Strategy and Planning (Licensing)</li><li>Campaign Management and Demand Generation</li><li>Content Development and Repurposing</li><li>Website and Digital Experience</li><li>Marketing Technology and Data</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration and Performance Reporting</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills and qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, life sciences, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing within life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or a CDMO/CRO environment</li><li>Proven experience delivering integrated digital marketing programs with measurable business impact</li><li>Strong proficiency across the core digital marketing disciplines: SEO/AEO/SEM, content marketing, email/marketing automation, web analytics, and campaign management</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo or equivalent MAPs; Salesforce or equivalent CRM; Google Analytics 4)</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication</li><li>Experience in B2B or complex technical environments, with the ability to understand and communicate scientific or technical topics</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress) and web analytics tooling (e.g. GA4, Looker, Tableau).</li><li>Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA and GDPR compliant practices in B2B environments.</li><li>Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing complex, consultative products or services with long sales cycles.</li><li>Degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, digital, or life sciences.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
