<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><span>We're looking for a Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to own the execution of our pipeline strategy across coworking and events, driving leads through paid, organic, CRM, and referral channels.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span>You'll work closely with the COO and the broader marketing team to set and deliver on growth targets. You'll execute directly, running paid campaigns, managing HubSpot, improving SEO, and you'll bring enough commercial nous to understand what good looks like and build toward it.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span>You've done this before, ideally for a location-based or physical product. You move fast, you're analytically sharp, and you know how to connect marketing activity to real commercial outcomes.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span>This is not a strategy-only role. It requires hands-on execution, data fluency, and a genuine drive to build things that work.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Growth Strategy & Pipeline Ownership</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own lead generation performance across coworking and events, hitting monthly and quarterly pipeline targets</li><li>Contribute to the growth strategy in partnership with the COO, identifying the highest-leverage channels and opportunities</li><li>Build and maintain reporting so leadership always has a clear view of pipeline health, CAC, and channel ROI</li><li>Continuously test, iterate, and optimise across channels based on data</li><li>Own the marketing budget, allocate across channels, track ROI, and make the case for where to invest more or cut</li><li>Run a structured growth experimentation programme, test hypotheses, measure impact, kill what doesn't work, and scale what does</li><li>Drive retention and upsell as well as acquisition, reduce coworking membership churn, identify expansion opportunities, and build re-engagement sequences for lapsed leads and members</li><li>Leverage AI tools to increase output and speed, from content production to campaign testing to performance analysis</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Paid Acquisition</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads</li><li>Own budget allocation and ROI tracking across all paid channels</li><li>Write creative briefs and work with the content team to produce ad assets that convert</li><li>Stay ahead of AI-native ad optimisation tools (Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max) and use them effectively</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>SEO & Organic Lead Gen</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own SEO strategy and execution for thedelta.io, targeting high-intent coworking and events searches in Berlin</li><li>Identify content and landing page gaps; brief or produce optimised pages that rank and convert</li><li>Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and organic lead contribution</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>CRM, Email & Pipeline Management</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Build and manage lead nurture workflows in HubSpot for coworking and events audiences</li><li>Ensure full attribution and tracking, we need to know where every lead comes from</li><li>Work with the COO and ops team to ensure warm leads are converted effectively</li><li>Own email marketing as a channel, newsletters, event promotion sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and onboarding flows for new members</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Website & Conversion Rate Optimisation</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own thedelta.io from a conversion perspective, landing pages, page structure, copy, and booking flows</li><li>Identify and fix conversion drop-off points across the funnel using data and testing</li><li>Run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, and form flows to continuously improve conversion rates</li><li>Work with the content and design function to ensure the website works as a lead generation engine, not just a brand brochure</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Analytics & Data Infrastructure</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own the analytics stack: GA4, UTM discipline, attribution modelling, and dashboard setup</li><li>Ensure every channel is tracked, every campaign is attributable, and leadership has clean, accurate data to make decisions from</li><li>Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent) that give a real-time view of growth performance</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Content & Channel Alignment</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Social Media & Content Lead to ensure content output is optimised for conversion, not just reach or engagement</li><li>Bring cohesion between brand presence and commercial performance</li><li>Provide briefs, feedback, and direction to ensure content serves the pipeline</li><li>Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or equivalents) to accelerate content briefing, copy testing, and campaign iteration</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>6–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing</li><li>Hands-on executional experience, you run paid campaigns, build HubSpot workflows, and move SEO rankings yourself</li><li>Strong email marketing fundamentals — you've built nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and event-driven flows that convert</li><li>Solid experimentation experience, you've owned landing page testing, run A/B experiments, and improved conversion rates end-to-end</li><li>Confident with analytics infrastructure, GA4, UTM frameworks, attribution modelling, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio</li><li>Comfortable running a structured experimentation programme — you test, learn, and iterate at pace</li><li>Proven track record generating leads for a location-based or physical product, coworking, hospitality, events, retail, or similar is a strong advantage</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager with real budget responsibility</li><li>Solid HubSpot experience, pipelines, workflows, attribution, reporting</li><li>Strong SEO fundamentals, you've moved rankings and can demonstrate it</li><li>Analytically sharp, you make decisions from data and can build a clear performance narrative for leadership</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate execution, ad copy testing, SEO content briefs, HubSpot automation, campaign analysis (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or equivalents)</li><li>Familiarity with AI-native ad optimisation features (Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max) and how to work with them rather than against them</li><li>A builder's mindset, you're energised by creating structure, not maintaining </li><li>Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment</li><li>Based in Berlin;
