As a senior full-stack engineer, you’ll take ownership of features end-to-end across one of our product areas: building better funnels, strengthening our contacts area, improving messaging & automations, or driving platform-wide growth initiatives. AI is an important part of our product vision. Some squads are already building AI-powered co-pilots and agents, and others are laying the foundation for what comes next. What you'll be doing - Develop and improve features with a focus on security, performance and testing - Own core parts of the software and drive concepts from idea to execution - Collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges and build impactful solutions - Ensure service health through monitoring, logging, alerting, and infrastructure reliability - Continuously refine systems through documentation, scaling practices, and database optimization - Proactively engage in team rituals, advocate for improvements, and prioritize high-impact initiatives Who you are - You have 5+ years of experience in product engineering, ideally within small to medium-sized SaaS companies, owning features end to end - You’re fluent in TypeScript (or any other strong type language) and write clean, maintainable, and scalable code - You’re experienced across the stack: from designing APIs and backend systems to building intuitive frontend interfaces - You care deeply about quality - practicing TDD, writing automated tests, and keeping codebases reliable and easy to maintain - You communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and stay curious - using new technologies to learn, automate, and create better outcomes - You have a solid understanding of software architecture, e.g. things like Domain-Driven Design, SOLID principles, and dependency injection These benefits await you: We are looking for passionate people who value quality.
