We are TÜV SÜD.<br/><br/>We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to develop scalable AI-powered applications with Python, React/TypeScript, and Azure. You will build solutions that analyze complex technical documents, extract key information, and support automated reporting. As part of a cross-functional team, you will help shape our enterprise AI platform with a focus on high-quality, maintainable software.<br/><br/><strong>Tasks<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Design, build, and operate modern AI-enabled applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and Azure. Create intuitive user experiences that make complex AI capabilities accessible, transparent, and valuable for end users</li><li>Build reusable frontend components, design systems, and application frameworks that accelerate delivery, ensure consistency, and improve maintainability across products and teams</li><li>Own features end-to-end. Take solutions from concept to production across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, testing, and observability without relying on handoffs between teams</li><li>Partner closely with Product Owners, UX designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to shape what gets built, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions</li><li>Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring. Help establish best practices for frontend development, AI-enabled applications, testing, security, and software quality</li><li>Champion modern development workflows and automation. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools, improve developer productivity, and continuously identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate repetitive work<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualification<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack software development in cloud-based environments</li><li>Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, modern frontend architectures, and building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces</li><li>Solid backend development skills in Python, including API development and integration of AI/LLM-based services</li><li>Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, test automation, code reviews, secure development, and cloud-native architectures on Azure</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, a structured and self-driven working style, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</li><li>Excellent communication skills in German and English, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders<br/><br/></li></ul>At TÜV SÜD, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
