In this regard, we will expect among others the following:<br/><br/><ul><li>Balancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership and delivery coordination responsibilities (approximately 60% hands-on development and 40% leadership/coordination).</li><li>Helping align a small cross-functional engineering team around delivery goals and technical priorities.</li><li>Maintaining and refining the engineering backlog in collaboration with Product and Tech leadership.</li><li>Supporting team collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Contributing to delivery planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul> </div>
