This is a highly impactful role with direct influence on platform performance, revenue, and product strategy.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deploy machine learning models for prediction, optimisation, and user modelling.</li><li>Develop and improve bidding, ranking, targeting, and monetisation algorithms.</li><li>Drive experimentation and A/B testing to measure business impact.</li><li>Work with large-scale datasets and distributed ML infrastructure.</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.</li><li>Mentor data scientists and provide technical leadership across the organisation.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Research.</li><li>Strong AdTech experience is essential (DSP, SSP, Ad Network, Mobile Advertising, Gaming Monetisation, or Performance Marketing).</li><li>Proven experience building production ML systems that impact bidding, auction performance, conversion prediction, LTV modelling, or recommendation systems.</li><li>Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.</li><li>Expertise with SQL and large-scale data technologies such as Spark, Athena, Trino, or Ray.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's On Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Work on ML systems operating at massive global scale.</li><li>Ownership of business-critical algorithms and decision systems.</li><li>Modern data and ML infrastructure.</li><li>Hybrid working model (3 days onsite).</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Competitive compensation.</li><li>Relocation and visa sponsorship.</li><li>International, high-performing team environment.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you're passionate about machine learning at scale and have a strong AdTech background, we'd love to hear from you.</p> </div>
