The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis, process design, and supporting MVP deliveries across modern banking platforms and channels.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>End-to-end business analysis for Daily Banking processes</li><li>Capture and document business requirements and functional specifications</li><li>Design and optimize business processes across channels and platforms, including:</li><li>Payments and Cards</li><li>Digital and branch channels</li><li>Support solution design</li><li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors during design and delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst in <strong>retail / daily banking</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>payments, cards, and deposit products</strong></li><li>Experience working on <strong>digital banking platforms and core banking integrations</strong></li><li>Familiarity with modern core banking platforms (e.g., Thought Machine) is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong communication, structured documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills</li></ul><p><strong>Language & Location</strong></p><ul><li>C1 German in speaking & writing skills</li><li>Frankfurt HCL Office</li></ul><p> </p><p>Mandate to be listed on :</p><p>Project Name</p><p> Project objectives(functional description)</p><p> Role played</p><p> Deliverables responsible </p><p> a.
