By <strong>developing sophisticated data models, creating data visualizations and applying modern analytics</strong>, you directly empower our teams to make smarter, data-backed decisions.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p><ul><li>You<strong> define data requirements</strong> <strong>and create BI solutions</strong> in close cooperation with the FP&amp;A (financial planning &amp; analysis) team and our various departments.</li><li>You<strong> apply your subject matter expertise</strong> in the field to implement requirements for our data models and foster a data-driven culture by <strong>driving the adoption of PowerBI</strong>.</li><li>You<strong> solve complex issues</strong> with <strong>robust data models</strong> and <strong>automate analysis methods</strong> using programming languages such as SQL, PowerQuery, DAX and Python.</li><li>You <strong>apply modern analytics</strong> such as machine learning to support the business by flagging risks and opportunities from data trends.</li><li>You<strong> develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports</strong>—from initial design and implementation to testing and final acceptance by our internal customers.</li><li>You<strong> continuously improve data queries</strong> and the <strong>performance of our PowerBI reports </strong>to ensure seamless usage.</li><li>You act as<strong> </strong>the<strong> main point of contact</strong> between the IT infrastructure/data integration team and our collaborating business departments.</li><li>You are a <strong>key contributor and process lead</strong> within the data governance process.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Completed <strong>business or technical degree (FH, university)</strong> with quantitative/data focus such as business informatics, computer science, data science or economics.</li><li>You have<strong> extensive experience</strong> <strong>in BI and data analytics</strong> with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end BI solutions.</li><li>You are<strong> highly proficient</strong> in programming languages such as <strong>Python and PowerQuery.
