We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.</li><li>A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.</li><li>Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams</li><li>Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About The Job<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You'll lead the reporting and analysis of ancillary product performance across all channels and touchpoints, using data to support decision-making and commercial strategy.</li><li>You'll develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to monitor key metrics such as revenue, conversion, customer uptake and margin.</li><li>You'll provide data-driven recommendations to improve product packaging, pricing, sales tactics and customer experience across our ancillary portfolio.</li><li>You'll conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover patterns in customer behaviour, identify areas of underperformance and support future product development.</li><li>You'll work closely with digital, commercial, and finance teams to align on KPIs and performance definitions, ensuring consistent use of data across the business.</li><li>You'll continuously improve our reporting environment by implementing process automation, visualization improvements and data structure enhancements.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About You<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You have proven experience in a data or performance analyst role, ideally within a commercial, airline or travel context.</li><li>You possess strong technical skills in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.</li><li>You have the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight, with a clear focus on commercial impact and usability.</li><li>You're familiar with e-commerce, digital platforms and customer behaviour analytics.</li><li>You have excellent attention to detail and data accuracy with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improvement.</li><li>You're a strong communicator, confident in presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>You're self-motivated, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></li></ul>From a workplace to a place to belong.
