The successful candidate will be based in Munich, Germany. The role will report into Petra Blazkova (Head of Market Strategy &amp; Product Development).</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify investment opportunities, investor demand and emerging market trends.</li><li>Generate market and investor insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.</li><li>Assess the commercial viability of new investment concepts and product initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to the development of investment strategies, product concepts and business plans.</li><li>Translate market intelligence into actionable product and strategic recommendations.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Produce real estate, competitor and investor intelligence analysis.</li><li>Build business plans for new investment products and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses and investment cases.</li><li>Maintain market, product and competitor intelligence databases and materials.</li><li>Collaborate with investment, fund management, business development and research teams across Catella Group.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Real Estate, Finance or Economics.</li><li>Around 5 years' experience in real estate, investment strategy or product development.</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the use of AI, data analytics and other digital tools.</li><li>Experience with financial modelling, cash flow analysis and business case preparation.</li><li>Ability to interpret market, investment and investor data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Catella is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from all sections of the community.</em></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p> </div>
