Work closely with scientists, data experts, and technical teams. Shape AI project roadmaps and ensure best‑practice delivery. What You Bring Solid experience in project/program management within pharma or biotech. Experience with AI/ML or data-driven projects. Strong understanding of drug discovery environments.
