We're looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Cyber Security Engineer</strong> to join a growing team where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across security operations, architecture, and incident response.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Assess vulnerability reports and coordinate remediation activities with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Conduct proactive threat hunting and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks before they become incidents.</li><li>Operate and continuously enhance the Security Operations Centre (SOC), including incident detection, investigation, and response.</li><li>Design, implement, and improve security architectures across on-premise and cloud environments.</li><li>Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and process documentation.</li><li>Support security audits, risk assessments, and provide guidance on architectural decisions.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>MSc in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT Security, or an equivalent qualification.</li><li>5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT or Cyber Security.</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking, Windows, Linux, and cloud security.</li><li>Experience working with SIEM platforms, EDR/XDR solutions, and incident response processes.</li><li>Security certifications such as <strong>CompTIA Security+</strong>, <strong>CySA+</strong>, or <strong>CEH</strong> are advantageous.</li><li><strong>German language skills at B2 level or above are essential for this role.</strong></li><li>A proactive mindset with excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative approach.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why join?</strong></p><p>This is an opportunity to work in a highly technical environment where security is a strategic priority.
