Our work centers around agile methods, modern organizational development, and the sustainable improvement of development and business processes.</p><p>For a <strong>client in Böblingen</strong>, we are looking for an experienced <strong>Scrum Master (m/f/x)</strong> to support agile teams in a scaled Agile environment. The role offers close collaboration with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile Release Train participants, with a strong focus on delivery predictability, continuous improvement, and effective agile execution.</p><p><br/></p><strong>Role Description</strong><p><br/></p><p>As an experienced Scrum Master, you will support one or more agile software development teams in planning, executing, and continuously improving their delivery processes within a <strong>SAFe environment</strong>.</p><p>You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as <strong>Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement</strong>, ensuring that teams work effectively, transparently, and in line with Agile principles. You will help teams deliver their committed <strong>Sprint and Product Increment objectives</strong>, identify and remove impediments, and actively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination topics.</p><p>In close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders, you will support a well-defined and prioritized backlog, promote clear communication, and foster a shared understanding of Agile and SAFe practices. You will also facilitate and support key SAFe events, including <strong>PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect &amp; Adapt workshops</strong>.</p><p>A key part of your role will be to monitor and communicate team progress, capacity, delivery metrics, and improvement opportunities. You will coach teams and stakeholders, strengthen collaboration across the Agile Release Train, and help drive team performance, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.</p><p>The position is based in <strong>Böblingen, Germany</strong>, and follows a <strong>hybrid working model with two days per week onsite in Böblingen</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br/></p><p><strong>Agile &amp; Scrum Expertise</strong></p><p> 3–4 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>SAFe Experience</strong></p><p> Practical experience working in a <strong>Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)</strong> environment, including hands-on involvement in PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies such as ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect &amp; Adapt workshops.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Facilitation &amp; Coaching</strong></p><p> Confident facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, with the ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile principles, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Delivery &amp; Dependency Management</strong></p><p> Proven ability to identify, track, and help remove impediments, risks, and dependencies across teams. Experience supporting teams in achieving Sprint and PI objectives while improving delivery predictability.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</strong></p><p> Strong communication, moderation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile Release Train participants.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Backlog &amp; Requirements Collaboration</strong></p><p> Experience working closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, user stories, and alignment between business and development teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tools</strong></p><p> Hands-on experience with tools such as <strong>Jira, Confluence, and Miro</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Language Skills</strong></p><p> Good written and spoken communication skills in <strong>German and English</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Certifications</strong></p><p> Relevant Agile certifications such as <strong>SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)</strong>, <strong>SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)</strong>, <strong>Professional Scrum Master (PSM)</strong>, or <strong>Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)</strong> are highly desirable.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Additional Experience</strong></p><p> Experience in large-scale Agile delivery organizations and working with cross-functional or distributed teams is a strong advantage.</p> </div>
