You will facilitate all aspects of the Agile process, from sprint planning to daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your goal is to foster an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization. We are looking for a servant leader who can remove obstacles, keep the team focused, and ensure that the team is delivering maximum value with each iteration.
