Scrum Master
<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the field of Embedded Software Development.</p><p>Proven track record in successfully implementing and applying Scrum practices in technical teams.</p><p>Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.</p><p>Technical Knowledge:</p><p>Gool understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.</p><p>Experience with the unique challenges of embedded development, such as limited resources, real-time requirements, and hardware constraints.</p><p><br/></p><p>Soft Skills:</p><p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support a team.</p><p>Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p> </div>
