<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> In the role of our <strong>SAP Data Analyst (m,f,d),</strong> you will combine your expertise in <strong>SAP Master Data, SQL, Python, and Analytics</strong> to support business operations, data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across global functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Warehousing.<br/><br/><strong>How You’ll Make An Impact<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Serve as the Data Custodian for SAP master data domains, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.</li><li>Review, maintain, and approve SAP master data requests through established workflows.</li><li>Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions using SAP, Power BI, SQL, and Python.</li><li>Automate data validation, cleansing, and reporting processes.</li><li>Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, MDM/CoE teams, and software developers to improve data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Support SAP-related projects, testing activities, documentation, and process standardization efforts.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What You Will Bring</strong> <br/><br/><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in SAP master data management, reporting, and data governance.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:</li><ul><li> Python (automation, data transformation, validation, reporting)</li><li> SQL (queries, joins, data reconciliation, analysis)</li><li> SAP (preferably S/4HANA and master data processes)</li></ul><li>Experience with Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, or comparable analytics tools.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions.</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with well-developed interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent German and English communication skills.<br/></li></ul><strong>Who We Are:</strong> For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
