R&D Project Manager
<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong></strong><ul><li>Lead and manage cross-functional R&D projects across multiple departments</li><li>Take full end-to-end responsibility for project planning, execution and monitoring</li><li>Ensure that all projects follow the defined Stage-Gate development process, including preparation, moderation, and documentation of gate reviews.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets by using both classical (waterfall) and agile project management approaches.</li><li>Select and apply the appropriate project methodology (agile, classical, or hybrid) depending on project scope, risk, and maturity.</li><li>Coordinate project teams, define work packages, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure alignment on project objectives.</li><li>Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively initiate corrective actions if required.</li><li>Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to project team members, department managers, and senior management.</li><li>Facilitate clear and transparent communication across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of project results, decisions, and lessons learned.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of R&D project management processes and tools.</li></ul> </div>
