This role will help manage test, characterization, metrology, and data infrastructure of our products from NPI (New Product Introduction) to MP (Mass Production) The role will support the development and execution of comprehensive test and qualification strategies for semiconductor-based display technologies. The role will work extensively with cross-functional teams such as design, systems, and reliability to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance display products.</p><p><br/></p><p>Responsibilities </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Program &amp; Release Management:</strong></p><ol><li>Support the execution of software releases for products from NPI to mass production. </li><li>Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of equipment and test hardware and software releases of AR devices</li></ol><p><br/></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional (XFN) &amp; Vendor Managerment: </strong></p><ol><li>Drive effective teamwork, communication, and commitment across diverse internal teams, including Test, Product Engineering, and Packaging. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for external vendor partners, defining build timelines, tracking vendor progress on builds and tool readiness, and serving as the vendor liaison for risk management, root cause analysis, and improvement plans. </li></ol><p><br/></p><p><strong>Technical Communication &amp; Problem Solving: </strong></p><ol><li>Drive technical deep dive discussions to help triage risks, mitigate issues, and support making the right technical tradeoffs </li><li>Coordinate engineering deliverables like technical diagrams, specifications, criteria, and test plans - Consistently communicate program progress, risks, and updates to all stakeholders, eventually serving as the front-end to lead project discussions in XFN and leadership updates</li></ol><p></p> </div>
