As the central point of contact between Sales, Technology and our customers, you ensure structured processes, transparent communication and high-quality, contract-compliant execution with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable process improvement.<br/><br/>#PROFILE<br/><br/><ul><li>Taking ownership of and managing customer projects, including creating and maintaining project plans with milestones and dependencies</li><li>Planning and coordinating all internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments</li><li>Continuously monitoring project status and proactively communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Managing changes and handling escalations responsibly with a clear focus on solutions</li><li>Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards and KPIs</li><li>Project closure, including formal handover to operational units and coordination of billable services with Accounting</li><li>Close collaboration with Sales, Technology and Customer Success as the central point of contact with direct customer impact</li><li>Active participation in the continuous development of processes, interfaces and monitoring and reporting structures<br/><br/></li></ul>#WANTED<br/><br/><ul><li>Several years of project management experience in an IT or service delivery environment, including management of customer projects and external stakeholder relations.</li><li>Strong communication skills, confident stakeholder management and a professional approach to customers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Strong organizational skills, a structured and independent working style and a high standard of quality</li><li>Experience with PM tools (e.g. Jira or similar) and a basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure or hosting is an advantage</li><li>Experience in change and escalation management</li><li>PM certification (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) is a benefit; high self-motivation and willingness to learn</li><li>Excellent written and spoken German and English skills<br/><br/></li></ul>#WHAT WE OFFER<br/><br/>We are more than just a workplace.
