Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Geneva, with flexibility for remote work on certain occasions. The Project Manager will oversee and execute programs by planning, managing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include preparing project plans, coordinating with teams, tracking progress against goals, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project execution. The role also involves maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders and providing regular project updates. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans effectively. Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting and financial planning for projects. Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Effective Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management in dynamic project environments. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are advantageous but not mandatory. Previous experience in a leadership or project management role is highly valued, especially within an international or multi-industry context.
