<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Fascination aviation - Ready to take off!</strong></p><p><strong>For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support project discussions and decision-making.</li><li>Plan and schedule projects with regard to scope, timeline, cost, and quality, including the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).</li><li>Prepare design reviews and consolidate technical evidence to demonstrate compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Organize and facilitate regular project status meetings with Design and Stress Engineering teams.</li><li>Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular project reporting.</li><li>Prepare weekly status reports, KPI dashboards, meeting minutes, coordination memos, and other project documentation while analyzing project performance data.</li><li>Manage Verification &amp; Validation (V&amp;V) activities by collecting evidence of requirement compliance in collaboration with engineering teams.</li><li>Coordinate and process deviations and support administrative project activities.</li><li>Support Configuration Management, including acting as Change Request Manager.</li><li>Identify project dependencies, delays, and risks, and communicate them to project management.</li><li>Perform project documentation and dossier archiving activities.</li><li>Define, implement, and coordinate the project organization and project team throughout all project phases.</li><li>Ensure effective integration of lessons learned and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain active risk and opportunity management.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in: Project Management, Project Leadership, Change Management, Configuration Management, Interface Management or Engineering</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in Design/Construction Engineering.</li><li>Experience working with Agile project methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex technical systems and engineering processes.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a structured and results-oriented manner while coordinating multiple activities and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.</li><li>Willingness to travel across Europe approximately once per quarter.</li><li>Strong knowledge of process management and data management/analysis.</li><li>Advanced experience with: IBM DOORS, ICC, PDMlink / PDMlink A350</li><li>Knowledge of Taksy is considered an advantage.</li><li>Advanced German.</li><li>Fluent English.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we can offer you</strong></p><ul><li>A standard permanent employment contract with a multi-award-winning employer (Kununu Top Company 2026, Focus Top National Employer 2026, etc.)</li><li>Continuous personal support through a fixed contact person</li><li>Increasing holiday and Christmas bonus within the first 4 years</li><li>Possibility of home office in agreement with our clients</li><li>Option of permanent employment at our client´s company</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>This is Tintschl</strong></p><p>The Tintschl Group with its headquarters in Erlangen has stood for premium service competence in the fields of human resources, engineering and IT since 1997.
