<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <ul><li>Drive coordination and execution of a complex, multi-stakeholder project</li><li>Support senior leadership with high-quality materials, stakeholder management<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About Our Client<br/><br/></strong>Our client is an international organisation.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Develop and maintain a detailed project workplan, ensuring alignment with governance timelines and key milestones</li><li>Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of all contributions</li><li>Organise and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, consultations, and high-level interactions</li><li>Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership and governance forums</li><li>Draft and consolidate documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness for decision-making</li><li>Manage documentation processes, including version control, approval workflows, and distribution</li><li>Track risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating where needed</li><li>Support consultation processes by designing tools, collecting inputs, and synthesising feedback</li><li>Ensure rigorous follow-up on all actions, maintaining momentum across the project lifecycle<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>The Successful Applicant<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>8-10 years of experience in project management within international, development, or global health environments</li><li>Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines</li><li>Proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including donors, multilateral organisations, and private sector actors</li><li>Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure and synthesise complex information</li><li>Outstanding drafting skills in English, including presentations, briefing notes, and reports</li><li>High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information</li><li>Experience working within international organisations or similar environments is highly desirable<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What's On Offer<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Duration: approximately 6 months</li><li>Location: flexible / remote with occasional presence in Geneva</li><li>Start date: short notice preferred<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Contact<br/><br/></strong><strong>Quote job ref: JN-062026-7049031</strong> </div>
