This individual will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare and medical experts to train frontier AI models for top AI lab customers. Ensuring top-notch data integrity, scalability, and quality, the Strategic Project Lead will oversee the design and execution of complex workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines in the healthcare industry.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Own and manage complex, healthcare and medical data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.</p><p>• Manage teams of human data managers and leads reviewing the work of healthcare and medical subject-matter experts.</p><p>• Communicate directly with top AI labs on massive, high-impact projects, ensuring the highest standards of project execution.</p><p>• Own projects end to end, ensuring top AI lab clients are extremely happy with the results.</p><p>• Work with human data managers to structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and quality.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Proven experience in leadership and team management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Expertise in data operations, with a deep understanding of complex data pipelines and workflows.</p><p>• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p><p>• Ability to work with large-scale data sets and ensure data integrity and quality.</p><p>• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience in training and deploying AI models.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>More About the Opportunity:</strong></p><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the AI and healthcare industries, overseeing the development and deployment of frontier AI models that can potentially impact millions of lives.
