Project Manager – Business Development for eMobility (all genders) Deutschland: Berlin Full-time Temporary Your challenge In the role of Project Manager – Business Development for eMobility (all genders) at Hubject, you will lead software and solution development projects from the beginning to the rollout of charging services for Hubject's international clients, oversee the ongoing operational delivery of these projects, and act as the key counterpart for our clients and partners, including driving operational excellence and supporting business development. Please note that due to planning reasons, this role is currently limited to a 2-year-contract. Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are considered a plus. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, enabling successful coordination across business and technical teams. A goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, combined with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a passion for teamwork. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Openness to working with international colleagues, diverse cultures, and new technologies; experience in the automotive and eMobility sector is considered a strong plus.
