<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>🔋 <strong>Project Manager – Large-Scale BESS &amp; Grid Flexibility</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>📍 Germany | Hybrid</p><p>🗣 Fluent German and English required</p><p><br/></p><p>Mint Selection is partnered with a well-capitalised energy infrastructure company that is expanding its German operations and moving into the delivery of two major BESS and grid flexibility projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an opportunity to join at an early stage of the company’s German growth and take day-to-day ownership of a large-scale energy infrastructure project through engineering, construction, commissioning and grid connection.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>• Lead the integrated day-to-day delivery of the assigned project</p><p>• Coordinate engineering, construction, commercial, commissioning and grid activities</p><p>• Manage the project programme, budget, progress reporting and delivery performance</p><p>• Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, subcontractors and project interfaces</p><p>• Manage project risks, opportunities, changes and delivery issues</p><p>• Oversee contractual and commercial matters, including variations, claims and subcontract awards</p><p>• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will have:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>• Experience delivering complex, large-scale energy or infrastructure projects in Germany</p><p>• A strong background in BESS, grid infrastructure, power generation, renewables or a related sector</p><p>• Experience working within an EPC, IPP, utility or owner-side project environment</p><p>• Strong knowledge of project controls, construction, contracts and multidisciplinary delivery</p><p>• Professional fluency in German and English</p><p>• The ability to work effectively with technical, commercial and construction stakeholders</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the execution of strategically important energy infrastructure projects supporting Germany’s energy transition.</p><p><br/></p><p>📩 Please get in touch confidentially to discuss the opportunity.</p><p><br/></p> </div>
