ALTEN Switzerland’s activities cover all the main strategical areas of the Swiss market in Life Sciences, Engineering &amp; IT Services.</p><p><br/></p><p>Join <strong>ALTEN Switzerland</strong> as a <strong>Project Manager</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the technical engineering of high-voltage equipment and substation-related projects throughout the tendering, execution, and commissioning phases.</li><li>Develop and implement technical solutions in accordance with customer requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.</li><li>Provide technical consulting and develop tailored engineering solutions together with customers.</li><li>Participate in customer and site meetings during feasibility studies, project execution, and commissioning activities, including occasional travel.</li><li>Ensure technically sound and quality-compliant project solutions while coordinating activities across multiple departments and interfaces.</li><li>Support project execution in accordance with contractual requirements and assist commercial project managers in identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment, substation engineering, and power transmission and distribution systems.</li><li>Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with an independent, proactive, and cost-conscious approach to work.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project engineering or project management.</li><li>Experience with 2D and 3D CAD tools, and preferably SAP.</li><li>Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style with strong organizational and planning skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Business-fluent English; German language skills are considered an advantage.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><p>At ALTEN, you benefit from a permanent contract, access to cutting-edge projects with top-tier clients and opportunities for both national and international growth.
