<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p>ASBIS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and build-out of new Bang &amp; Olufsen and LOEWE retail store in Berlin, ensuring each location is delivered on time, on budget, and to the exacting standards of these premium lifestyle brands.</p><p>The Project Manager takes full ownership of the retail store opening process, from location assessment and architect selection through construction, fit-out, and final handover, coordinating all stakeholders to bring high-end retail spaces to life in the assigned territory.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assess potential locations for future B&amp;O and LOEWE retail stores in coordination with the Area Retail Manager, applying relevant expertise to evaluate the complexity of the construction process</li><li>Identify difficulties or hidden issues a space may present and factor these into the overall evaluation of the retail location</li><li>Select the appropriate architect partner for the execution of each retail project, drawing on your own know-how and expertise</li><li>Identify and engage suitable general contractors for the build-out of each store</li><li>Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to develop the retail project for the chosen location, preparing a clear project plan with timelines for design development, permit submission, construction and build-out, and procurement and supply of furniture and store fit-out</li><li>Oversee the build-out of the store, coordinating with the architect and general contractor to resolve issues and ensure timely execution</li><li>Coordinate the fit-out of each store, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of all furniture required</li><li>Final responsibility for the successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of each store opening in the assigned region</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of project management experience opening retail stores, ideally for luxury furniture companies and/or high-end luxury retail groups.
