SpiNNcloud delivers orders-of-magnitude gains in performance and efficiency, laying the foundation for what’s next in AI and HPC. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a Project Manager - Strategic Projects to manage high-impact strategic initiatives across SpiNNcloud. </p><p>This role sits at the intersection of project management, internal coordination, external partnerships, and strategic execution. You will help turn important company initiatives into structured plans, align stakeholders across functions, and ensure projects move from concept to delivery with clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes. </p><p>The role requires someone who can bring structure across technical, finance, and leadership teams, while coordinating effectively with external partners, public institutions, project agencies, and consortium stakeholders where relevant. </p><p><br/></p><p> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </p><p><br/></p><p>• Manage strategic projects from planning through execution, reporting, and close-out. </p><p>• Translate company priorities into structured project plans, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and timelines. </p><p>• Coordinate internal stakeholders across technical, finance, and leadership teams. </p><p>• Keep teams aligned, accountable, and informed across project planning, execution, and decision-making. </p><p>• Support the preparation of project proposals, documentation, work packages, budgets, and narratives in collaboration with technical and business teams. </p><p>• Coordinate external partners, consortium members, project agencies, and institutional stakeholders where applicable. </p><p>• Oversee project implementation to ensure milestones, deliverables, KPIs, reporting obligations, and budgets are managed on time and within scope. </p><p>• Build and maintain project governance, tracking, reporting, and documentation practices. </p><p>• Monitor dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across strategic initiatives. </p><p>• Represent SpiNNcloud in project meetings, stakeholder discussions, consortium meetings, and relevant ecosystem forums. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> </p><p><br/></p><p>The more of the following you bring, the stronger the fit: </p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, strategic projects, grant/project coordination, public funding projects, or related roles. </li><li>Demonstrable experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, dependencies, risks, and reporting requirements. </li><li>Experience coordinating technical or R&amp;D-driven projects, ideally in deep-tech, AI, HPC, semiconductors, cloud, infrastructure, or related environments. </li><li>Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical and business input into clear project materials. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand complex technology topics at the right level. </li><li>Experience with funded projects, consortium projects, or institutional stakeholders is a strong plus. </li><li>High ownership, strong execution discipline, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment. </li><li>Fluent German and English, written and spoken. </li></ul> </div>
