This role is responsible for full lifecycle project execution from purchase order (PO) to site acceptance testing (SAT).</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end project delivery, from PO intake through final SAT acceptance</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring regular updates and high customer satisfaction</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely project execution</li><li>Track production, logistics, and onsite installation progress</li><li>Collaborate with China headquarters to arrange onsite or remote commissioning support</li><li>Manage post-sales follow-up, including customer feedback, major complaints, and product quality issues</li><li>Provide regular reporting on project status, key milestones, and potential risks</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience; energy storage project delivery experience is preferred</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal &amp; external)</li><li>Good understanding of energy storage products and C&amp;I (Commercial &amp; Industrial) applications</li><li>Native or fluent German, with strong English communication skills</li><li>French or Chinese language skills are a plus</li></ul><p></p> </div>
