Our vision is to establish a fully automatedand intelligent supply chain globally.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handover</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project delivery</li><li>Align project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teams</li><li>Create and own project communication plans (internal &amp; external)</li><li>Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables</li><li>Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases</li><li>Plan project budget and manage project margin</li><li>Actively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments</li><li>Control project scope and manage scope change process with client</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skill and Capability</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>At least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields.</li><li>Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skill </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure</li><li>Accept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p><ul><li>Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly</li><li>Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results</li><li>Strong and effective skills in problem solving</li></ul> </div>
