The role supports the translation of strategy into execution and helps enable a reliable, efficient, and future‑ready supply chain for the Europe Operating Unit.<br/><br/>As part of the CoE core team, you help ensure the System operates with greater consistency, visibility, and impact across markets and bottlers.<br/><br/><strong>What You Will Do For Us<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Drive the standardization and adoption of S&amp;OP planning routines to increase forecast accuracy, improve service levels, and strengthen supply chain resilience.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations on supply chain capacity, capabilities, and investments to support Operating Unit growth and anticipate future demand.</li><li>Define and drive the Technical Productivity &amp; Optimization agenda in partnership with internal stakeholders to achieve productivity targets.</li><li>Lead and deliver key supply chain initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and clear value delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to test, scale, and embed new technologies, processes, and operating models across the System.</li><li>Drive continuous performance improvement through data, digital solutions, and performance metrics.</li><li>Drive operational excellence through the standardization and simplification of core processes and ways of working.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, with a proven track record of leading in complex environments; bottler experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Deep expertise in end‑to‑end supply chain management and operations, with a clear understanding of how these areas drive business outcomes.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Coca‑Cola System and franchise model, including commercial drivers, financial levers, and bottler dynamics.</li><li>Proven ability to act as both content and execution owner for activities within scope: shaping solutions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring sustainable implementation in the field.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience working with data, KPIs, and dashboards to diagnose issues, set priorities, and track impact, including translating insights into concrete actions.</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and translate supply chain topics into clear, actionable messages.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Education<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Travel Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Up to 00–25% travel, subject to business needs.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>The opportunity to shape the technical and supply chain agenda for a complex, high‑impact System.</li><li>Exposure to senior leadership and the ability to apply and develop influencing skills.</li><li>A diverse, multicultural environment with strong growth and development opportunities.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Location(s):<br/><br/></strong>Germany<br/><br/><strong>City/Cities<br/><br/></strong>BERLIN<br/><br/><strong>Travel Required<br/><br/></strong>00% - 25%<br/><br/><strong>Relocation Provided:<br/><br/></strong>No<br/><br/><strong>Job Posting End Date<br/><br/></strong>June 2, 2026<br/><br/><strong>Our Purpose And Growth Culture<br/><br/></strong>We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
