This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep project delivery expertise.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream implementation projects</li><li>Own project scope, governance, timelines, and execution strategy</li><li>Engage and manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives</li><li>Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes</li><li>Drive risk management, issue resolution, and reporting across all workstreams</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-stakes environment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years’ experience managing large-scale implementation projects</li><li>Proven track record in <strong>multi-stream programme delivery</strong></li><li><strong>PMI certification</strong> (or equivalent)</li><li>Advanced expertise in <strong>scope and project lifecycle management</strong></li><li>Strong experience working within the <strong>financial services industry</strong></li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders</li><li>Experience with <strong>SimCorp Dimension (SCD)</strong> is advantageous but not essential</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time allocation</li><li>Some travel required to client site in <strong>Zurich</strong></li><li>Candidates based in <strong>Switzerland</strong> are strongly preferred</li></ul><p></p> </div>
