<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a <strong>PMO Consultant</strong>, you will:</p><ul><li>Support the coordination and management of IT and transformation projects</li><li>Create, structure, and maintain project documentation</li><li>Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentation materials</li><li>Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action plans</li><li>Prepare reporting dashboards and management updates</li><li>Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders</li><li>Support governance meetings and follow up on decisions</li><li>Contribute to quality assurance of project deliverables and processes</li><li>Identify risks, analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Support project monitoring regarding timelines, budget, and performance</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Depending on your experience level, you may also contribute to advanced project steering, project controlling, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in business administration, management, IT, or equivalent field</li><li>Relevant experience in project management or PMO activities:</li></ul><p>Minimum 2 years of experience for an operational profile</p><p>Minimum 4 years of experience for an experienced profile</p><ul><li>Good knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent)</li><li>Experience in IT environments and digital transformation projects</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Ability to structure information and deliver clear reporting</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Fluent German language skills (minimum C1)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Experience within the public sector or large organizations is considered an advantage</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><p>Joining our team means contributing to large-scale digital transformation projects and working in a challenging environment where your project coordination and management skills create real value.
